To simplify your customers’ claim process,
please ask your customer to provide their ID Card (KTP/Driving
License/Passport) to ensure their
personal information is correct to the information stated in the ID Card (name,
date of birth - and mobile phone number)

A: AccessPro is one of Commonwealth Life’s protection product for
Datacell business partners’ customers, which provide Sum Insured of Rp 50
million to Datacell business partners’ customers – which enroll – if they
passed away due to accident
Q: Who are eligible to buy AccessPro and
what is the regulation?
A: This product is eligible for mobile phone users who are
18 – 55 years old. To enroll, customers should register through Datacell’s
business partner outlets and pay Rp 10.000,- for the premium. Customers will
receive confirmation SMS for their enrollment and will be covered for
accidental death risk for 60 days.
Q: What is the authentic verification for
customers’ enrollment and how to access the Policy information?
A: After customers register in
Datacell’s business partner outlet, your customers will receive SMS from
Datacell as confirmation on AccessPro protection (Policy Terms and Conditions
can be downloaded through Commonwealth Life official website www.commlife.co.id). The SMS will be used
as a legal verification for customers.

A: Should the accident happen to the Insured, the beneficiary can call
