Recently we were delighted to see on the Harian Kontan (Kontan Daily) that our leading fund the Investra Equity fund was the top performing investment fund in 2011, well ahead of our competitors. The result is even more impressive when we consider that the JSX index increased by 3.2% (3703 to 3821) over the same period. Well done to our investment manager First State Indonesia, a great result for our customers.
At the end of last year, we held an online Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011 which achieved a high response rate. I would like to thank you very much if you were one of our customers who gave feedback. The outcome of the survey was 86% of our Customers expressed that they were ‘Satisfied’ with the plans and service provided. This was a fantastic result, however we know we can do better and work to continuously upgrade our performance. It is part of our commitment and vision in becoming Indonesia’s Best Life Insurance Services Provider, through excelling in Customer Services.
